"Well, how do I begin?! I had a HORRIBLE experience with my other insurance company, so I reached out to Statefarm and was helped by Chris. He took his time explaining everything, was very patient with all my questions, added more coverage and safeguards to my policy I previously had, AND saved me $77 a month! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’m so glad I was upset about Progressive increasing my insurance so much because I wouldn’t have checked around to find this.
